United healthcare vision insurance claim

I'm pretty new too health insurance, I have my employers United healthcare plan. Recently used UHC vision to get new glasses at Walmart, I also paid for prescription sunglasses entirely out of my pocket about a month ago.

Skip to the day I was just scrolling through my United healthcare looking through everything and I was looking at my claim, They cover up to $200 in frames the $20 co-pay for the lenses. I sat down with the billing lady and went through what my plan covered through add-ons. I added everything that my plan covered with the lenses, she said all I had to pay was $20 for my regular glasses and that was it.

I was going through my claims and seen that my claim has been fully processed and amount billed was $402, My plan discount was $148.64, My plan paid was $188.36, And I paid in person $65. But it also says your total amount owed is $65. Do I have to pay United healthcare that $65? Or is it showing that I paid that when I was checking out, I can't remember because my total came to $380 for my sunglasses together.
