Adding my wife to my plan Mid Year. Help My pick My Plan [With UnitedHealthCare]

Background. I hit my out of pocket and deductible for my current plan. My wife needs to get added to my plan. As we will be having a lot of doctores appointments for her pregnancy. So please put that into consideration 
I have narrowed it down to 2 plans:

Plan 1 (CURRENT PLAN WHICH I HIT MY OUT OF POCKET & DEDUCTIBLE)

UHC Choise Plus 500 (80)

-Cost w/ Spouse: $422/month

Deductible: $500 individual. $1500 Family

Out of pocket: $5,000 individual. $10,000 family

Physician office: $35

Specialist office: $60

Outpatient or inpatient surgery: 20%

Urgent Care $75

Emergency $250

UHC Choice Plus HDHP 1600

Cost w/ Spouse: $355/month

Deductible: $1,600 individual. $3,200 Family

Out of pocket: $4,000 individual. $7,350 family

Physician office: 10%

Specialist office: 10%

Outpatient or inpatient surgery: 10%

Urgent Care 10%

Emergency 10%

So what I am most curious about, is what do you think would be the better plan to get for my wife and I when we will be having a lot of appointment to go to for the rest of the year?
