Sabatino Insurance Agency Acquires the Mastrocola Insurance Agency

Both Buyer and Seller Are Independent Agencies Based in Everett.

Sabatino Insurance Agency, a leading provider of personal and commercial insurance in Everett, has announced its acquisition of another Everett-based agency, Mastrocola Insurance. The purchase includes all assets of Mastrocola Insurance Agency, a family-owned business that has been serving clients in the region since the 1970s.

In addition to acquiring the agency’s assets, Sabatino Insurance has retained Mastrocola’s staff, including Office Manager Danielle Goudreau, who will continue with Sabatino Insurance as Sales Service Manager. Sabatino has initially contracted to maintain the Mastrocola Insurance office location at 1725 Revere Beach Parkway.

A merger of two successful neighborhood agencies

Mastrocola Insurance, founded in the 1970s by Mr. Mastrocola’s father and incorporated in 1981, has since served a diverse clientele of personal and commercial line customers. The agency has built a strong reputation for its expertise and dedication to client service.
