Best Life Insurance Option for Long Term to Buy in 20s

I currently have a Select Term 10 life insurance plan through State Farm for 150k. I just signed up for this last spring at age 28 and I'm paying $20. I know nothing about life insurance and I am looking for advice on if this is worthwhile for me. I currently have life insurance through my employer as well that will pay out 3x my salary roughly 270k while I am employed there for $4.07 a pay period. I am not married, no children. I'm turning 30 later this summer.

I would like to have some type of insurance that I am not just paying into and getting "nothing" from. I am not wanting to leave money to anyone and looking for what would be the best option for me so I am not just paying this monthly amount away for nothing. I also am not too keen on the idea of paying $20 to StateFarm a month for 10 years and ending that 10 years with nothing unless I do indeed die. It would be nice to have something I can draw from if needed or would help me later in life if I needed the money, so I am not simply paying into something "just in case" if you will.

Any help is appreciated on what are the best options, as I said I am completely in the dark when it comes to insurance. Thank you!
