This eventually led him to a fulfilling career where Andre is not only helping his clients secure their finances but also ensuring a solid income for numerous agents working with him.
Andre believes that the growth of an agent has a positive impact on the growth of the agency overall. As a coach, Andre encourages the agents to focus on laying the groundwork for a successful career from day one. His strategies have proved to be helpful for agents to achieve professional success and realize the long-term value of life insurance coverage. In 2022, Andre was awarded “Coach of the Year” for his proven techniques that have been a blueprint to success for many agents. Under his passionate guidance, A.L.
