1st time health insurance help- provider not offered?

I am going to preface that I have NO IDEA what I’m talking about. I know nothing about this.
I’ve been looking into health insurance plans and need some help. Unfortunately my mom died leaving me without health insurance. I work online so it isn’t offered through work. I have ongoing stomach issues with recommendations for a colonoscopy. I have an established gastro. Between my mom’s death from cancer, the colon cancer gene, my lack of capability due to being unwell, and my grandpa being diagnosed at my age, I need to get it done asap.
The issue is that I pulled up my state’s (VA) marketplace and it says there are 0 plans that include my gastro. Not sure if this is because of my age (early 20’s). Will I be unable to find a plan including any preventative care at my age? Is there a loophole? He is the only gastroenterologist within a several hour radius. Even he is pretty far. Due to my parent’s death I am already having a really hard time finding a ride and cannot go even further.
What do I do from here? TIA
