Am I in trouble with the IRS for having health insurance without a job last year (TX)?

I'll try to keep this brief but long story short, I have a broker that sets me up with "free" health insurance since 2020 via Marketplace for being low income. No issues so far until I lost my job at the end of 2021 around the same time my broker enrolled me for the same insurance for 2022. I guess neither of us expected that I'd still be jobless.

Fast forward to now I receive an email from HealthCare.gov that says that I need to file taxes in order to "reconcile" my Premium Tax Credits for my 2022 health insurance. They didn't even send my 1095-A, I had to ask my broker for it last week. I made under $10k and is mostly from unemployment. So in filing my taxes electronically I'm getting some kind of error that my income is somehow incompatible. I looked up this "Premium Tax Credit" and apparently I needed to make at least 100% poverty income to qualify. My broker kept reminding me that as long as I didn't make "too much money" I could qualify for the "free" plans and not have to pay it back with my taxes. It appears I have the opposite problem. Is it possible that I could be fined or have to pay these premiums back? I'm pretty pissed considering some years I've had to pay a fine for NOT having health insurance.
