Am I stuck with CVS Caremark? I hate them.

CVS Caremark is the PBM listed on my insurance card. I'm trans and my testosterone is a "controlled substance" so if I want a 90-day supply I have to get it through mail order. Do I have to use CVS Caremark to fill that 90-day mail order script, or is there another mail order pharmacy I can use?

CVS Caremark has never been a pleasure to use, but they just sent a 90-day fill of that "controlled" prescription to my family 5 hours away in another state, even though I called as soon as I got the shipment processing email (which was the first communication I received for them regarding my prescription – I didn't even know they'd received it and suddenly it was shipping!) to correct my address and all of the shipment emails I received from them afterwards said it was going to the right place. I didn't find out until after my family already signed for the package not knowing what it was, and now I've run out of my medication waiting for Caremark to fix this. I'm just so angry and I don't want to rely on a company that could screw up this badly.
