Changed address in marketplace- is the current plan my exact same plan?

I've moved and had to update my application on healthcaregov to update my address, went through the whole application and I am now facing the choose my plan screen. It has "current or alternate plan" at the top and it looks like my plan except about $10 cheaper, I assume because I've moved out of the larger town into a lower income zip code, but it's otherwise identical.

I can't get through on the phone tonight, but I've already had a panic attack, if I choose the plan that's listed as the same plan does it just update the info they sent to my insurance company or does it start a new plan that's just identical and I have to meet deductible again?

I know I've done this before a few years ago with an income change, but at the time I'd only had a few appointment's worth of bills and I can't guarantee I'd have noticed the deductible/out of pocket max resetting because I didnt come close to meeting it, but I've already maxed out mine this year with a surgery and have a second one coming up and absolutely can not afford to pay the out of pocket again.
