Choosing from NY Marketplace plans based on my preferred doctors

I am trying to choose a marketplace plan that will be accepted by doctors I need to see.

There is a medical group who does the procedure I need and they accept the following: EmblemHealth GHI, EmblemHealth HIP, EmblemHealth Medicare, EmblemHealth Select Care, UnitedHealthCare, UnitedHealthCare Compass, and UnitedHealthCare Medicare.

When I look at the New York marketplace plans I see policies from EmblemHealth and UHC but no mention of GHI, HIP, Select Care, or Compass.

One doctor I like accepts EmblemHealth PPO. I see a few NY Marketplace plans by EmblemHealthbut no mention of PPO.

I have read that there are four types of plans on the marketplace: 1-PPO, 2-HMO, 3-POS, and 4-EPO. If that is accurate, how do I identify which is which? When I look at the marketplace plans I see no reference to ANY of those types. For example I see 2 policies by UHC. 1- "UHC Compass Platinum ST INN Pediatric Dental Dep 25" and 2- "EmblemHealth Millennium, Platinum, ST, INN, Millennium Network, Dep25, Pediatric Dental". I don't know how to tell if either of those is a PPO, HMO, POS, or EPO?

I'm a 62 year old New York resident, Nassau 11050, income $42,000.

Thank you for help sorting through all this!
