Confused on questions in the "Medi-Cal turning 65 packet "

My dad will be turning 65 next month and he received a "Non-MAGI turning 65 packet" that I am filling out for him. This.pdf) is the packet he received.

On page 3, question number 5, it ask if he owns any of the following "Real estate other than the home you live in (houses, condominiums, buildings, mobile homes, life estates, timeshares), shares of stock, mutual funds, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) …", he owns 1 home and he is living in that home and he also has an IRA account. So I checked that box and checking that box meant I had answer everything in the next section.

In the next section on page 4, question 15, it ask "Do you currently own a house, condominium, multiple dwelling unit, ranch, land, mobile home, or life estate (right to the use of) in the property which is currently or was previously your home?", are they talking about homes other than the one my dad lives in or is it any home that he owns?
