Covered California – Failed to submit Medi-Cal eligibility information within timeframe; Will my Covered California be deactivated?

I signed up for Covered California in the middle of December. It became active this January 2023. During the process, I apparently also applied for Medi-Cal (this is all a labyrinth to me). The state is currently covering half of my Health Insurance (they pay about $500 of the $1,012 plan). My insurance is with Kaiser Permanente.

I've just learned that I failed to submit follow-up paperwork for Medi-Cal. It has been declined to me, and my only path to keep it is to appeal the decision.

Some questions from a very confused person:

Will this impact my Covered California insurance? If so, will this increase the price? Or will it deactivate my health insurance? If this impacts my insurance, do I contact Kaiser Permanente or Covered California's support center? How likely is it that I will enter February with no insurance?

My household has people with disabilities in it, so I'm stressing out a bit. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
