Does anyone know what ONA means with the healthcare options? Also if anyone wanted to add input or advice on plan Q?

So I’m looking into my healthcare options my company has with Bluecross/blue shield and it has option 1, option 2, option 3. Then it’s 1,2,3 ONA. I searched and asked coworkers. Some have said one is health savings account and others just not sure. Comparing the plans it looks like the ONA doesn’t cover out of network, but they cost exactly the same. Why would you even have that option if that’s the case as they cost the exact same? I was just wondering if anyone knew more.

More so I have no idea what to choose. I finally have pretty decent healthcare for the cost but our culture is so indoctrinated that we don’t get care unless we need it. I haven’t had a company that has yearly checkups, dental, and preventative care covered in so long. Its like well shit I should probably get option 1 or option 2. Deductible for myself is $900, 1550 (in network) respectively. Both cover 90% office visits, 90% outpatient, 100% preventative, 90% inpatient. Max out of pocket $4500 and $6900.

Options 1 is like $130/mo and option 2 $86

It’s sad just how ignorant about this stuff I am at mid thirties. I don’t even know what to look for. I suppose just keep option 2. Thank you
