Foreign national on student visa, need help with health insurance in MA and PR

Hi everyone, I have been a resident of MA between 2021~2023, I am a foreign national on a student visa (F1-STEM OPT). I have a bit of a tricky situation. My lease in MA ended at end of August, and I did not renewal because I finished my postdoc training this summer and currently am looking for a job, so I am not sure where I would be next. I left all of my belongings at my friend's place in Boston, and I moved to Puerto Rico to temporarily stay at my boyfriend's place while doing job interviews and waiting for job offers etc. My health insurance with my former employer ended the last day of September (it was Blue Cross Blue Shield). Not sure if this matters, I am a resident alien in the U.S., been living here for 12 years going to school/working etc.

I looked through MA health connector, but I can't provide proof of residence (e.g., utility bills etc), the agent says an affidavit counts, which I can provide. And honestly, I am not sure if it would make sense to get an insurance in MA or in PR. I mostly just need it for a monthly prescription and in case of emergency during this transitional period (e.g., for the month of October, and maybe November max). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I came across Cigna international student health plan, https://www.cignaglobal.com/blog/becoming-an-expat/international-health-insurance-for-students, not sure how legit this is…
