Healthcare.gov doesn’t make sense

This is my first time trying to get insurance using the marketplace (Ohio). My family is eligible for a special enrollment so I completed an application. Only my wife (33) and I (34) need the insurance as the kids are all already covered through Medicaid.

Prior to this I used the website to preview plans and saved the plan numbers for a couple of them. Now that my application is approved and I am trying to select a plan the deductibles and out of pocket maximums don't match at all between when I am logged in and not. I entered the same information for family members, income, etc.

Example

When not logged in a plan shows the premium with:- Individual Deductible $950- Family Deductible $1,900- Individual Out of pocket $2,740- Family Out of pocket $5,500

Once logged in it shows :- Individual Deductible $6,500- Family Deductible $13,000- Individual Out of pocket $8,400- Family Out of pocket $16,800

This is by searching for a plan number and comparing. What am I missing here? It is like this for every plan. Also, when viewing plans it shows me the total premium amount but I don't see anywhere what my expected tax credit will be.

Feeling lost. Was ready to enroll but now not sure what to do.
