Healthscope nightmare

Does anyone have a contact phone number for them that actually WORKS? Every phone number for them I've tried, from what my employer gave me, to what I could find on google, goes to an automated voice message that says "this phone number is unavailable to you". Event Cigna can't (?!) figure out how to get ahold of them.

This is related to a surgery I had in 2021 that I just received a bill for anesthesia now. My employer switched third party providers (from Healthscope to Healthgram in March 2022). Healthgram has told me they don't have any info on procedures before March of 2022, and I would need to call Healthscope. Can't get ahold of them. Called Cigna directly but they "can't discuss info with a member it has to be with the third party provider". Cigna tried two different phone numbers they had on file for healthscope and are getting the same message.

Infuriating.

I'm at a loss.
