Help me understand the difference in price for these 3 plans please!!!!

They vary from $184 to $874 monthly premiums but have similar costs for basic things like Dr. visits and other costs for medical care. The two bronze plans have the same “Cost & Coverage example” costs and very similar out of pocket, yet there is a big difference in monthly premium. My eyes are glazing over! We are expecting a baby sometime next year, so the gold plan is appealing because of the lower cost of pregnancy and delivery. The cheaper bronze plan does not cover the doctors wife wants to see; but I don’t understand why the bronze plans have different coverage if they are both HMO with blue cross?
