How to get out of network coverage – requesting advice

I recently switched jobs and that caused a change in my health insurance (naturally since most people can't afford health insurance on their own). This has caused my therapist to become out of network after I've been getting treatment from her for over a year. This therapist has done absolute wonders for my mental health and I'm trying to do everything in my power to not have to switch therapists.

My current job offers two different health insurance plans from the same company.

Plan 1 – more expensive monthly payment, better coverage, low deductible, but no out of network coverage

Plan 2 – less expensive monthly payment, less coverage, higher deductible, but it does have out of network coverage EXCEPT it is co-insurance so I will need to meet the deductible before coverage kicks in. When I did the math I found that I wouldn't meet the deductible with a normal years worth of therapy sessions (~$1200 per year on the lower end and the deductible is $1650).

I have a continuation of care put in place but the insurance company told me it is going to expire on January 1st 2024. This means I have less than 2 months to figure something out. Any advice?
