I am 26, have been admitted to the ER before and might need a colonoscopy this year, would Horizon Omnia silver value or omnia silver 5/10 be a better choice for me?

Before anyone comments, I can apply for HI now due to special case. With my income levels I will pay $0 for omnia silver value and 49.44 a month for omnia silver 5/10. My main concern in my health insurance is covering procedures. I have chronic stomach problems that I fortunately have not needed medication for for years, however, I have been having more problems lately and right before my HI ended my GI said she'd like me to get another colonoscopy this year. Colon cancer runs in my family so I don't play around with that. I am getting a second opinion but would like to find coverage for procedures like these. Other than that, I take pretty much no medications besides my inhaler which is affordable OOP anyways. Or like for example if I ever need what my sister just had done, an emergency gallbladder surgery, I won't be paying 10k out of pocket before insurance coverage.
