I hit my $1000 deductable in March. Insurance company still says I haven’t despite paying 1500+ out of pocket at this point

I'm using united healthcare. In march I had all sorts of testing done, including an MRI, bloodwork, urodynamics, and a bunch of other things. All of these things are covered after deductable, so I dropped 575 on the MRI alone (75 copay) and loads more on the other tests (most paid 80-120). With an inhaler costing 212 (50 copay), physical therapy 190 (20 copay), I quickly crossed over my deductible.

My 2nd visit to physical therapy, they even said I am passed deductable so I paid 20 copay for every visit after the first as expected.

I went to walmart to pick up my 2nd round of this inhaler for asthma that I'm trying, and they said I didn't hit deductable yet, so I had to pay the full $215. I called insurance and they said give it some time to update. It has been a month. I called them again and they said I still haven't hit deductable.

I'm so confused at this point. I've spent way over my deductible already. Even their claims site if you add it all up is way over $1000 of what I paid out of pocket so far. Until they reflect that I'm still paying full price for everything.

I asked about this, and they said I'd need to contact all the places billing me for refunds. Which sounds insane. I currently have 3-4 bills sitting around that I shouldn't have to pay at all for $80-100 each. Do I just pay these or wait for some system somewhere to catch up?
