Moved from MA to NH and need to get new health insurance

Hello! I just moved from MA to NH and I need to find health insurance in NH. Unfortunately, I was laid off a few months ago so I’m currently unemployed and on Mass Health (i.e. Medicaid). My partner (we’re not married) is selling their place in MA so I’ll soon lose access to my old MA residential address, which means I’ll lose access to my health insurance since Mass Health is for MA residents only.
I have some complex health conditions so I’d like to continue seeing my doctors in MA (most are in the MGH/Brigham hospital network) even though I’m living in NH. I know that this hospital network does have a presence in NH and that many NH residents see doctors in MA, but I’m assuming that NH Medicaid wouldn’t cover me seeing doctors in MA since that’s out of state, so even if I do qualify for NH Medicaid, I was going to try to buy a plan on healthcare.gov that might allow me to continue seeing my current doctors until I can find a new job that provides health insurance.
I’ve begun filling out an application on healthcare.gov and had been planning to find an insurance plan there before reporting my change of address to Mass Health, but I’m unsure about the timelines of when I would lose my Mass Health coverage and when I would start this hypothetical healthcare.gov plan, and I’ve been afraid to reach out to an assister for help in case I’ve done something wrong already and they're obligated to report me or something.
Right now I’m stuck on the part of the healthcare.gov application that asks about recent coverage changes. It’s asking if I lost qualifying health coverage between 1/1/2020 and today, and I’m confused because:
1. The answer is technically "yes" regardless of my current situation because I left a job in 2021 and lost my coverage there too, which is how I ended up on Mass Health originally
2. I haven’t reported my move to Mass Health yet so as of today, I haven’t lost my current coverage
Anyway, I’m confused about how to answer this question but also confused in general about how I should be proceeding in this overall situation. Maybe I should report my move to Mass Health first and then fill out this application? What are the basic steps and order of operations?

I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone could give! Thank you!!!
