Need Advice about Purchasing Health Insurance on the Marketplace

Hi everyone, I am an adult in my late 30s and I’ve never had the luxury of buying health insurance. It was always too expensive when offered by an employer, and I’ve been self-employed most of my life without the option. First question is, is there a number I can call to where somebody can help me choose a plan that makes sense for me? I know some things that I should be thinking about are my deductible, there is no way I can afford some of the deductibles I have been reading about here, like $7,000. Also I know total out of pocket is important as well. Max out of pocket for all different things? Meds, visits, hospitals, surgery? Copays? Covered meds? If there is anything I need to add to this list to ask about, please let me know.

Also from my understanding, there are subsidies available now, but these likely will not be available again next year because Congress will not let it go through. So my cost may look completely different when insurance starts next year?
