[NJ] I don’t know how to apply for Health Insurance

Approaching my 19th birthday next month, I'm facing a change in my health insurance coverage as my current plan under NJFamily Care will no longer include me (I’ve been told by my mother that I have been under her insurance) . As a first generation student with an immigrant parent. She doesn’t really know how to assist me. Despite being a full-time student with a part-time job, I'm ineligible for my college's health insurance waiver because my current insurance is expiring in less than 3 weeks. I’m also uncertain about my options for new coverage. My limited income makes it a requirement that I can’t afford monthly health insurance payments, and even though I've explored the possibility of Medicare, I've been informed that I neither have nor qualify for it. My attempts to seek clarity through various customer service lines and online applications have left me feeling stuck in the initial stages of the process. I'm seeking guidance on where to start and how to navigate this complex situation effectively.
