No reimbursements since started paying for COBRA

I was laid off July 5th 2023 and had employer-paid insurance thru August 2023. I started paying for Cobra in September because I was used to the insurance, knew what was covered and what would be reimbursed, and had met my deductibles.

I have not been reimbursed for a single claim since my Cobra coverage started. I paid every month, being insured isn't the issue. I send in my claims (via snail mail, because they refuse to use an online system), and the continuously claim they don't receive the mail. I have called, I have emailed, I have called again. I don't know what to do at this point. I am owed hundreds of dollars in reimbursements, and I'm tired of spending hours on the phone with them with no resolution.

Does anyone have any advice to make them acknowledge that I sent in my documentation, that it has all the required info, and force them to pay the reimbursement?
