Not sure if it’s worth have 2 insurances (don’t know much about insurance)

I currently have insurance through my work and my dad. My father’s insurance is far better than the insurance my work provides and I would prefer to have my dads insurance be primary since it’s so much better but due to me being the policy holder through my work insurance, My work has to be the primary. I recently got a $300 bill for a virtual doctor visit I did back in May and when I called my work insurance (Aetna) they said the claim was denied because they needed the info to my additional insurance, I am hesitant to give them the Info to my dads insurance just incase it causes any negative effects with my dads insurance. I’m also currently pregnant and very worried about anything getting messed up with that insurance since they should cover pretty much my entire birth. So I guess the questions are, should I go with just my dad’s insurance and try to cancel my work one? and is giving Aetna my dad’s insurance info going to affect my plan with them?

Edit to add- the telemedicine appointment they charged me $300 for, is that a normal amount? it seems quite high in my opinion when all they did was refill a prescription

Thanks for any info and I apologize if these are stupid questions
