Plan suggestions/Good experiences with health insurance in SoCal/Los Angeles?

This past this year I aged out of my dad's Kaiser HMO coverage and signed onto UC SHIP (Anthem PPO). I didn't love Kaiser and there isn't onesuper close to campus, but my experience with SHIP/UCLA Health has been awful. I have a lot of chronic conditions that I've been treating for a long time, but had to wait 5 months to see a gastroenterologist, nutritionist, therapist, and psychiatrist. I kept having issues with the pharmacies not permitting my regular ADHD and birth control meds. And after I was injured in an accident, I had to wait over 2 months to see a ortopediatrist and get an MRI done. To top it all off, I'm paying $150 a month now for prescriptions in addition to the annual $5k for insurance.
Does anyone have recommendations on good health care plans in the area? I'm happy to pay up to $5k even since my current bills for the year surpass $6k on UC SHIP/Anthem.
Current conditions include migraines, chronic pain, IBS, PCOS, ADHD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and a sprained joint.
