Potential Job – No Insurance Offered

I am interviewing for a really awesome small company that is the polar opposite of what I currently work for. The main drawback is that they do not offer insurance as they are less than 50 people. I'm curious if any of you pay for your own health insurance and can give me some general info/advice. Upon googling I just keep getting bombarded with websites begging me to sign up, etc etc.

I'm early/mid 20s healthy male with no kids/wife in Ohio.

What is a general range of what I should be/would be paying per month?

Is this "sketchy"? It seems a little weird but maybe I'm just being a little snobby?

Best resources for finding more information? On the plans and things I could get?

Any recommendations for aspects of health insurance I should be pursuing (low/high deductible, etc)?

Sorry I know this is a silly post but any information would be awesome.
