Provider/insurance discrepancy

My mother was in the hospital last fall. She ws transferred between a few different hospitals via ambulances. We received a bill anout a month ago from one of the ambulance companies saying we owe a small portion of the bill. My mother has medicare and BCBS insurance. The EOB from her insurance states that medicare covered a portion and the insurance covered the rest and that she owes nothing. The original amount the insurance was supposed tomxover was $89. It was readjusted to $94 and change.

The EOB states this and that they provided the additional $5 to accommodate that. The issue is that the provider states they did not receive the original $89 owed, hence the bill. They say all they've receivdd is the $5 and change. The insurance company shows the whole amount as paid. It's been a round robin of trying to get some help in getting this sorted out.

Any help would be appreciated. The bill isndue today but we won't be paying because we've been told it's already been paid.
