Which health insurance plan is better?

Hello! I’m looking for advice on which health insurance plan to choose. I recently started a new job and they have 3 different plan options to choose from. For a little background, I don’t typically go to the doctor often but I do suffer from chronic migraines that require monthly at home injections and rescue medications. Which can be quite costly. I just want to make the most informed decision I can while also not breaking the bank.

Plan 1: IBC PPO HSA 3,000/30-60/500 Plus integrated prescription plan (5/20/40/70/50%)

The cost is 36.86 per paycheck.

Plan 2: Keystone POS 3,000/30-60/100% Plus insurance value plan (5/20/40/60/50% up to $500) This is an HMO plan.

The cost is 111.67 per paycheck.

Plan 3 is out of my price range.

Am I better off choosing the more expensive plan (which is about 2,000 more a year) to ensure low costs for my medications or do I choose the cheaper plan and have to pay the deductible before getting the cheaper copays? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
