Does Moda cover Providence?

Moda Health is limiting access to Providence Health & Services doctors for Portland members who buy plans in the individual market next year. Moda has rebranded its old Connexus network as Beacon, and those plans won’t include Providence’s 700 providers, representatives of both Moda and Providence confirmed. Nov 12, 2015
