Privacy and data security compliance matters for InsurTechs have never been more important and challenging. This webinar will focus on the key issues, including recent changes to the CCPA and other states’ omnibus privacy laws, crucial requirements for NYDFS Part 500 (and the ramifications for non-compliance), the NAIC Insurance Data Security Model Law and changing state insurance Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act privacy and security regulations. Discussion will include both education on these laws and how they interact with commonly used insurance data analytics tools.
