FWD Philippines opens advanced training programme for advisors

FWD has launched its Elite Next Gen programme in the Philippines – a two-year full-time programme that aims to train financial agency leaders.

The insurer said that the programme aims to build a digitally connected advisory team in the Philippines through a field-tested system that will provide aspiring FWD financial advisors the needed skills and knowledge for their careers.

The Elite Next Gen programme contains both technology-assisted theoretical and practical training in the areas of selling and salesmanship, recruitment, agency building, and agency management.

The programme’s participants will also receive compensation and incentives, including a health maintenance organisation plan and group life insurance. They will also have the opportunity to train at INSEAD, one of the top graduate business schools in the world, which will reinforce their skills in leadership and entrepreneurial strength.

“As the insurance landscape evolves, the industry requires a competent system in agency building to elevate the skills of financial services professionals,” said Li Hao Zhuang, FWD Philippines president and CEO. “Through the FWD Elite Next Gen program, we are training new advisors to help secure Filipinos’ financial future while empowering our customers to celebrate living.”
