Southern Cross Travel Insurance has nabbed a best team culture and inclusion nomination at the 2023 New Zealand CIO Awards.
The event recognises individuals and teams who have shown leadership, innovation, and foresight in the contribution to the digital transformation of both ICT and business functions. It has six categories in total, with winners to be announced during a gala dinner on Aug. 15.
According to a news release, all the finalists are judged based on the intersection of business and technology for both individuals and teams that have contributed to driving digital transformation initiatives for the firms they represent. SCTI’s category recognises outstanding ICT team culture, recruitment, inclusion, and diversity.
