Vero is inviting brokers to its 2023 SME Insurance Index webinar, which will explore the status of the market, emerging trends and opportunities.
Now in its 12th year, Vero’s research and index aims to provide insight into the attitudes of Australian businesses of all sizes. The 75-minute webinar will be held on March 9 at 2pm AEDT.
“Be the broker with a deeper perspective of your clients’ changing needs,” Vero says.
A broker panel discussion will be hosted by Vero Intermediaries Engagement Manager Beverley Bradley, Resilium Insurance Broking MD Ben Hastie, and Marsh Australia Head of Authorised Representatives Adrian Johns.
BrandMatters Director Brand Strategy Kylie McNamara will present the findings, which are collected from more than 1750 businesses, the largest research sample yet.
Key topics include broker usage, satisfaction, and trust; key business concerns and how the economy is impacting insurance decision making; supporting better insurance decision making/common misconceptions and confusion; and improving the claims experience.
