Affordable options for supplementing coinsurance-based plan?

I have a healthcare plan through my employer that covers 80% of inpatient costs after the deductible limit is reached (in-network, and only 60% out-of-network). There is no annual or lifetime limit on how much I would pay. If I required a $100,000 hospital stay or emergency procedure, I'd be on the hook for the remaining $20,000. If I went to the wrong hospital, that'd be $40,000.

Are there any secondary/supplemental insurance products out there that would allow me to pay a premium in exchange for having my coinsurance payments covered? Is there a term for this kind of coverage?

Although my employer completely covers the premiums for their plan, I'm strongly considering paying out of pocket for individual insurance instead. But if there's a product out there that would cover the 20%/40% copayments from the employer's plan, that might make more financial sense.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice!
