NJ Marketplace vs Off-Exchange Options?

I [29F] am currently living in NJ as a full-time graduate student. I've been on BCBS-NJ Omnia Gold w/Blue Card for the past year through NJ's marketplace. BCBS-NJ has announced the removal of bluecard for Omnia (individual) starting in 2024 which creates an issue. I have two rare complex chronic conditions that I see specialists outside of NJ for (one at Mayo Clinic in MN and the other at Cornell in NYC). Both prescribe medications, one requires specialty pharmacy and is considered a medical benefit. The loss of access to out of state care limits my ability to both see the specialist and get my required medication.

I've been looking at my options in the Marketplace and Off-Exchange and it seems like most of the policies now are keeping me restricted to NJ only and possibly eastern PA. BCBS-NJ does offer Bluecard policies but only for small businesses (2-50 people).

What options would I have to keep out-of-state coverage so that I don't lose access to the specialists and specialty care that I need? Is there any possible way that I can pick up one of the small-business policies as an individual to keep the bluecard option?

tl;dr, 29F from NJ losing access to out-of-state benefits that are necessary for specialists and medication for complex chronic conditions. What options as an individual do I have to keep access to the out-of-state benefits I need for care?
