PPO Plan Selection – Pregnancy Expected in March ’24

Hello! My wife and I are looking for recommendations regarding our health insurance options. Specifically, we are expecting a baby next March and would like to go with the most cost effective plan. We are currently on “Plan 1” from my employer. “Plan 2” is the plan my wife has available through her employer. We do not pay anything for “Plan 1”, whenever my wife was on “Pan 2” on her own it cost her about $600 a year. I’m not sure what “Plan 2” would cost with me and a dependent on it. From my understanding, we could switch if needed in January during open enrollment.

Also looking for general advice on our plan options. In general I’m not sure which is better with the deductibles an out of pocket max. Any advise would be appreciated!
