Subsidized plan vs nonsubsidized plan

Hi, I'm a 25 year old male, soon to turn 26. I discharged from the military back in December of 2022, and currently living with my dad whilst attending college. Ever since i left the military, i've been on my father's family health and dental plans. Now turning 26, i'm browsing for my own plan. Since i've been using Kaiser for my dental needs, I'm looking towards their individual plans for myself.

I'm a little confused on the difference between a Subsidized Exchange plan and the non-subsidized exchange plan. Let's say that I picked a plan called KP Oregon standard gold plan, they offer the plan both subsidized and not subsidized. Comparing the two plans' benefits, everything looks identical, their deductibles are the same, out of pockets etc.

Would there be any differences, limitations, quality of service, etc. if i would to go with the subsidized plan?

I'm sorry if i used the wrong flair.
