Melissa Choules at Total Landlord Insurance Makes the Final of The Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards

We are extremely proud to announce that Melissa Choules, Senior Claims Technician at Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance, has made it through to the Insurance Times 2021 Claims Excellence Awards finals in the “Claims Champion of the Year” category.

These awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need.

This special award celebrates an outstanding individual who is making a major contribution to general insurance claims and a tangible difference to the lives of their customers.

As our Senior Claims Technician, Melissa is up against tough competition – all the other shortlisted candidates are in the role of Director, Head of Claims or Claims Lead. But, as Clive Gordine, Regional Manager at Crawford Claim Solutions explains,

Melissa has worked in the claims team for over five years and is an expert in all things property claims, from burst pipes to underinsurance and everything in between.

Everyone that works with Melissa believes that she is an outstanding individual that is worthy of the title “Claims Champion of the Year”.
